I completed three years of Gestalt Therapy training with the Indianapolis Gestalt Institute. Gestalt therapy uses experiences occurring in the here and now to foster our work and provides a strong foundation for the other types of therapies I practice.
I often include mindfulness-based practices in my work. This entails learning to observe your experiences, feelings, and parts of yourself in order to foster healing.
I believe in the power of healing—although we don’t always know how it will come or what the outcome will look like. I believe we are designed to heal together.
